GIFT CARD

Sometimes it's hard to think of the perfect gift and when that's the case, let your loved ones choose for themselves. The CARATERATI Gift Card will ensure they are spoilt for choice while they select their favourite CARATERATI jewel.

Our Gift Card is the perfect way to show your loved ones you care – whether it’s a birthday, anniversary or just because! This loyal friend would never let you down.
 

  • The CARATERATI Gift Card is available in denominations of INR 10,000, INR 25,000, INR 50,000, INR 75,000 and INR 100,000.
     

  • The validity lasts up to one year from the date the gift card was issued.
     

  • You can make a purchase of multiple products under one CARATERATI Gift card.
     

  • The CARATERATI Gift Card is transferable to loved ones, friends and family and allows multiple people to shop on one gift card.
     

  • If the entire value of the gift card doesn’t get exhausted with one purchase, the same can be carried forward to your next shopping spree within the validity period.
     

  • If the value of the product purchased exceeds the value of the CARATERATI Gift Card, you can make the balance payment by either cash, credit card or an account transfer.
     

  • A phone call to the receiver of the gift card will be made by an CARATERATI executive within one week of the purchase of the CARATERATI Gift card to help them get started with the buying process.
     

  • A reminder call will also be made from an CARATERATI executive one month prior to the expiry date of the Gift Card to ensure they use the gift card timely and fully.
     

  • The CARATERATI Gift card can be used for online purchases as well as in-store purchases.
     

  • The amount in the CARATERATI Gift Card remains absolutely secure during the validity period.
     

  • In case of loss or theft of the CARATERATI Gift Card, notify us on- +91 9560016554, +91 9560649944 at the earliest. We will ensure it's not mis-utilized and is replaced within one week of notice.
     

  • The CARATERATI Gift Card is NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE CONVERTED INTO CASH AT ANY STAGE.
